I’m Barbie Martinez-Schneider, a woman shaped by the strength of her roots.
Raised by women who prayed with their hands, healed with their food,
and nurtured with their love,
I learned early that the feminine spirit is powerful, sacred, and unbreakable.
My grandmother taught me the language of herbs and nature.
My mother showed me the beauty of nourishment and devotion.
And my own life — the trials, the becoming, the healing —
taught me the power of silence, breath, and returning home to myself.
