I’m Barbie Martinez-Schneider, a woman shaped by the strength of her roots.
Raised by women who prayed with their hands, healed with their food,
and nurtured with their love,
I learned early that the feminine spirit is powerful, sacred, and unbreakable.
My grandmother taught me the language of herbs and nature.
My mother showed me the beauty of nourishment and devotion.
And my own life — the trials, the becoming, the healing —
taught me the power of silence, breath, and returning home to myself.

I want to help build a community so rooted in love,

that it becomes our own Blue Zone —
a place where women thrive, heal, and glow from the inside out.
A place where wellness is not a trend,
but a way of living.
Where self-love is not selfish,
but sacred.
Where every woman feels safe to rise
into the fullness of who she is.
